I have always loved this quote. Everyone deserves a second chance,, no matter what they did. People have the ability to change, but you should never completely forget what they did. If a person truly loved you then they shouldn't have anything to be sorry about. They should have never done it in the first place, no matter what it was. The past is over but it defines your future. If someone does something terrible you can't look at them the same way as if they were as innocent as an angel. Or if you do some thing bad, don't expect people to treat you exactly the same, be glad they even talk to you again.
